What dolls do your clothes fit?
All our clothes are specifically designed for Paola Reina dolls (32cm/13 inches). They fit perfectly on Las Amigas, Gorjuss, and other Paola Reina doll lines.
Are items made to order or ready to ship?
Most items are ready to ship within 3-7 business days. Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks. The product page will indicate if an item is made to order.
Can I request custom colors or designs?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Please contact us through the contact form with your ideas, preferred colors, and any specific requirements. We'll provide a quote and timeline.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within Hungary via courier service. International shipping is in the planning stages. Please contact us if you're interested in international delivery.

Domestic shipping within Hungary takes 3-7 business days from payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How are items packaged?
Each item is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Custom orders may include special presentation packaging.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a refund. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Hand washing in cold water is recommended. Lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying to maintain the quality and longevity of the garments.
